A Warm Welcome to the Staveley Stampede

On behalf of Staveley & Copgrove Village Hall, we would like to welcome entrants and supporters to the annual Staveley Stampede , a meandering 10KM run through Staveley Village, Nature Reserve and surrounding area across undulating tracks, bridle paths and roads.

The village hall is situated in the beautiful village of Staveley conveniently located near to Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough and is easily accessible by car being three miles from the A1(M). It is located in the centre of the village opposite a charming pub, not far away from an architecturally outstanding church and within walking distance of a substantial water wild life park
The Village Hall can be hired out for a range of events, catering up to 110 people, more information can be found at Staveley Village Hall

Race Entry

Entries will be mangaed through Race Best in order to use chip timing facilities, please click on the link to enter..    Stampede Entry

Start & Finish 
The start and finish area is located within the nature reserve, please by mindful of walkers enjoying the reserve. - allows a peaceful, safe location for spectators to cheers the runners from the start and back to the finish line.
Parking - There is parking available in the designated car park or within the Village itself (Please be aware of local residents access) See Maps for further details.

Race HQ 
Is situated at the Village Hall for registration, baggage and toilets. I'm afraid there are no shower facilities. All bags are left at the owners own risk.

Food and Drink
Tea, Coffee and home made cakes will be available for purchase along with soft drinks for kids, The BBQ will be on to serve bacon sandwiches,   plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Childrens Race
The 10KM is proudly supported by the children's races held on the Nature Reserve at 10am which incorporates a 2km run. Entries from year 1 and above.
